These Rassoul Clay & Cacao Conditioning Bars are great treatment mask that can be used fortnightly.

Rhassoul clay is a natural mineral clay found in Morocco. It is a moisturizer and a softener. It reduces dryness in the hair while also removing toxins and product build-up. It also improves hair elasticity, cleanses the pores of the scalp, helps with detangling, and defines curls.
Cacao has incredible anti-inflammatory properties that reduce infection, can improve blood circulation in your scalp, and gives your hair a magnesium boost, which in turn can strengthen hair and reduce hair loss. Its anti-inflammatory and cell repair properties help to stimulate growth, especially in hair follicles. Cacao is also rich in iron.

Directions:
To prepare the mask, add a warm liquid of your choice to the conditioning bar – you could use water or even something a bit more adventurous like apple cider vinegar, aloe vera juice or coconut milk – stir the mixture until it forms a smooth paste. You can add liquid until it reaches your desired consistency.

Apply the mask to freshly washed hair and leave it for at least 30 mins under a shower cap. Then rinse thoroughly and style as usual. Any leftover treatment can be put into a container and left in the freezer until it’s next needed.
