Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges . We offer replacements if the item arrives damaged or otherwise incorrect to the submitted order.

Customs Returns
All orders are tracked and clearing the item in the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure you collect the item within the timeframe your local government determines otherwise the parcel will be returned.  All returned parcels will only be refunded for the product but shipping won't be refunded as we would have shipped and paid for the original shipment that would have been returned.  We as a business aren't responsible for clearing the items at the destination country.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
